1st OFFENDER DRIVER 

Alcohol Education Program

•  Client is referred by probation to our office upon disposition by the court

•  AIA will pick up the client within 20 minutes at the referring court

•  Client will be driven to the AIA office and evaluated within the first hour

•  Client will start driver alcohol education within the week

•  Evaluations will be sent monthly to probation during the 16-week course

•  Weekly AIA staff visits to probation

•  Constant communication with probation is a principal part of our philosophy

Program Requirements

•  One classroom session per week, 16 weeks

•  Attendance at two AA meeting during the 16 week period

•  Attendance at one MADD meeting during the 16 week period

Program Fees

1st Offender Alcohol Education Program $567.00 – 16 weeks 

Three payments of $189 (payment plans upon request)
