2nd OFFENDER DRIVER 

Alcohol Treatment Program

•  Client is referred by probation to our office upon disposition by the court

•  AIA will pick up the client within 20 minutes at the referring court

•  Client will be driven to the AIA office and evaluated within the first hour

•  Client will start 2nd offender treatment program within the week

•  Random urine and breathalyzer testing will take place throughout treatment program 

•  Evaluations will be sent monthly to probation during the 20-week program

•  Weekly AIA staff visits to probation

•  Constant phone communication with probation is a principle part of  our philosophy

Program Requirements

•  One counseling session per week, 20 weeks

•  Attendance at two AA meeting per week during the 20 week period

•  One BRAINS at RISK session will be included during the 20 week period

•  Two random urine screens during the 20 week period

Program Fee

2nd Offender Alcohol Treatment Program  $700.00 - 20 weeks

Four payments of $175 (payment plans upon request)
